Once the payment is made or the invoice is generated, we don’t entertain any kind of refund request for any services like Web solutions, Web Applications, Cloud related services, Mobile Apps, Internet Marketing, Web Hosting or any other service.

• If the payment is done by mistake while browsing through the website or because of some other reason, please contact us with your order number and details of the product or service through E-mail at info@cloudzappy.com. We will contact you and try to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
• Order not accepted by us
• Any other reason at the discretion of management
